Gènere, Poder i Ciència : una narrativa crítica feta des de la Psicologia Feminista

Speech given in the context of an Act of Recognition of the UAB for the academic career in defense of the rights of women and dissident groups, awarded by the Observatory for Equality, in commemoration of International Working Women's Day (8M). A narrative is constructed, the result of thirty-eight years of dedication to the UAB, which is organized around the beginnings, academic references, intergenerational family memory and links with research and teaching. It focuses on a work of articulation between Gender Studies and Mental Health, highlighting the theoretical-epistemological critique of the intersection, lived in one's own skin, between Gender, Power and Science, in relation to Science Psychology and implications of the scientific-cultural construction of Binary Sexual Identity in relation to the Science of Mental Health. Narrative built from a commitment to intersectional feminist thought and for an emancipatory and inclusive psychology.
