1st objective is to promote a critical and reflective approach to AI implementation in educational institutions
2nd objective is to enable faster, more meaningful and more purposeful adoption of AI in educational institutions
3rd objective is to generate new knowledge in the management and actors who can take responsibility for introducing AI in

4th objective is to support educational leaders by offering a toolkit for the integration of AI in educational institutions
Initial questionnaire resulting in creation of a general Guide with AI use-cases
Creation of a legal and ethical guide on AI
Creation of an online course for educational leaders on AI integration with microcredentials
Dissemination and communication through website, national webinars, social media, newsletters, pan-european webinar
