Abstract
The thesis begins with a description of the initial context and a detection of needs. On this basis, an analysis is undertaken of models, strategies and experiences from both a theoretical and practical point of view. This analysis is the first step in the process of building an intervention model for improving relationships in schools. It is built around five major axes: research-action, attitude change, intervention with programs, multimedia teaching-learning and other research projects and programs on improving relationships in schools.After approaching the models presented, the characteristics of the intervention program are described. The intervention program focuses on improving relationships between pupils and has a progressive design beginning with guided reflection activities hypertexts, stories and multimedia presentations and leading to more complex analysis and reflection activities where the pupils need to use their communicative skills debates, video and film analysis, group projects and conflict resolution situations .
The introduction to the intervention model is followed by a description of its application process: the application process phases are explained in detail and the results obtained are assessed in relation the set objectives. The analysis and interpretation of the results reflect an improvement of relationships in the experimental groups and an impairment of relationships in the control groups. The final conclusions of this thesis show, on the one hand, the need to work to improve relationships between pupils in a preventive and systematic way and, on the other hand, the validity of the materials designed and applied as a useful tool for the target pupils of this intervention program..
