OBTENCIÓN DE CAPAS SUPERCONDUCTORAS Y MICROFIBRAS CERÁMICAS MEDIANTE DEPOSICIÓN DE SOLUCIONES QUÍMICAS

Student thesis: Doctoral thesis

Abstract

In the present work we show the studies carried out using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) technique for the fabrication of different functional oxides. These advances were done mainly in two areas:_x000D_ First, on a field of extreme interest as is superconductor materials, where the use of the CSD allows their synthesis at a more competitive cost than using other techniques. The studies presented here show a significant advance through new more efficient and eco-friendly solutions to obtain YBa2Cu3O7 coated superconductors._x000D_ Therefore, the viability of these solutions to obtain thicker films will be studied, so they can be adequate to the required properties of these materials. _x000D_ In a second field the CSD technique was applied in conjunction with another technique, Electrospinning for the synthesis of fibers, with the main objective to obtain ceramic oxides nanofibers in a non-conventional way.
