Abstract

This study shows the results of research on teacher competence vision from the perspective of its protagonists: teachers, learners and experts. The study design is descriptive (after) from the empirical - analytical methodology, which relates quantitative and qualitative methods through instruments such as questionnaires, interviews and sources related master's programs (teachers, students and experts). Its objective is to analyze the assessments of the current teacher profile and required skills needs, all from the teaching and research work. The results show a set of requirements for teacher training. Finally, some conclusions and offers are presented for improving the training of trainers in the context analyzed.
