TITLE. Impact of a training program based on 2.0/3.0 technology on Motivational Interviewing training in Family and Community Medicine INTRODUCTION. The Motivational Interview (MI) is an increasingly important communication model within medical communication, and it is a basic competence in the teaching of Family and Community Medicine (FCM) resident doctors and nurses. Furthermore, in recent years new technologies are taking more prominence within teaching environments, since they allow training to be adapted to the needs of students in terms of travel, work-life balance and economic efficiency. OBJECTIVES. The main objective is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a training program based on 2.0/3.0/Online technology in the learning of resident doctors and nurses in Family and Community Medicine and Nursing. In addition, the aim is to identify limitations and aspects for improvement in online EM training, assess its feasibility in the specialty training program, evaluate the satisfaction of the training methodology based on 2.0/3.0 technology and compare the training program based on Online technology compared to traditional in-person methodology using the EVEM scale. RESULTS. In the first comparative analysis between groups, no significant differences were evident, both groups being comparable, although the control group was younger than the intervention group (28 vs 31.5 years). The duration of the interviews did not show significant differences between groups. In the summative score of the EVEM scale, better results are evident in the online group (difference of 13.4 points in the control group and 21.59 points in the intervention group, sig <0.001), highlighting that the intervention group improves in all areas. scale items. This may be due to the longitudinality of the online course and the tasks performed in it. CONCLUSIONS. There are no differences between face-to-face and online EM training to improve the skills of professionals, with online training being effective and demonstrating that new technologies are a very useful tool in training activities.
