LA TESIS CONSTITUYE UN ESTUDIO DE LAS REPERCUSIONES QUE LA INSTAURACION DEL REGIMEN FRANQUISTA TUVO PARA LOS TRABAJADORES CENTRANDOSE EN EL AREA INDUSTRIAL DE BARCELONA EN EL PERIODO (1939-1951) SE ESTUDIA EN PRIMER LUGAR EL SINDICATO VERTICAL: SU PAPEL POLITICO Y ECONOMICO LA ACTIVIDAD DE SUS DIFERENTES ESTRUCTURAS ORGANIZATIVAS Y LA ACTITUD DE LOS TRABAJADORES RESPECTO A LOS SINDICATOS IMPUESTOS. SE ESTUDIA LA NUEVA LEGISLACION LABORAL FUNDAMENTALMENTE A PARTIR DE LAS REGLAMENTACIONES Y DE LAS NUEVAS CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO EN LAS EMPRESAS: DEPURACIONES PROLONGACION DE JORNADA LABORAL REGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO TRABAJO DE LA MUJER DE LOS APRENDICES ETC . FINALMENTE SE ESTUDIA LA LUCHA OBRERA EN ESTE PERIODO ASI COMO LA ACCION DE LAS ORGANIZACIONES OBRERAS CLANDESTINAS.
