This thesis analyses the presence and leading role of object/product in televison commercials during 70’s decade in Spain._x000D_ The objective of this research was to draw the leading role of object/product during this decade and to know his linking with the human model._x000D_ For this reason, a quantitative content analysis tecnique was made and we employed variables that have been ilustrative about the general question about this study._x000D_ We studied commercials included in the Filmoteca de la Generalitat de Catalunya during the period 1970-1980 as units of analysis._x000D_ The results of this investigation show and confirm us the leading role of object/product in this studied period
