Abstract

Acute bronchiolitis is the most common cause of hospitalization in the first year of life, generating a great burden of care and concern for parents. Primary prevention and supportive care are essential. There is no tool that assesses parental knowledge about the prevention and home management of their children with bronchiolitis. The objective of this work has been to create a questionnaire for progenitors on the prevention and home management of acute bronchiolitis, and to study its psychometric properties.
