Antologías traducidas de la poesía femenina entre las culturas china, catalana, española e hispanoamericana

Abstract

This doctoral thesis studies the translation of feminine poetry based on anthologies between Chinese, Catalan, Spanish and Latin American cultures. Therefore, we have found out all the anthologies that include poems written by poetesses, which were published from the beginning of the 20th century to 2019, the year in which the last version was published. The anthologies are analyzed from four aspects: the authors of the original poems, the translators, the poems selected for translation and the publishers. Through the analysis of these elements, we have carried out a panoramic investigation of the translation of feminine poetry between these cultures throughout approximately one hundred years, aimed at discovering the main interests of society in this field and summarizing the progress achieved.
