Abstract
The article presents the analysis of three issues of great importance for the study of the situation of youth in the labour market: the evolution of the labour trajectories considering the simultaneity of the activities that produce them, the impact of the economic crisis on the articulation of these different activities, and the use of social capital as a means to access employment. To do this, the data obtained through a hybrid personal networks survey is analyzed. This survey gave priority to the detail and breadth of information on issues that usually are not reflected in official statistics. As a result, a picture which is different -although not contradictory- of the usual findings offered by most studies that have approached youth employment is obtained.
