Abstract
© Patronat d'Estudis Osonencs. In this paper we analyze the consequences of war in Vic from 1659 when the Treaty of the Pyrenees was signed, to the beginning of the Nine Years' War in 1689. After many years of war from 1637 to 1659, the people of Osona again had to withstand the demands of the Spanish crown for troop accommodations, recruiting demands and war taxation.
