Abstract
In this paper we discuss the cross section for neutrino pair production at LEP/SLC. To include realistic detector conditions we employ a Monte Carlo technique. We discuss carefully effects of the QED radiative corrections. We show that the second photon corrections (νν(γ)) are not sufficient and indeed effects of the higher orders (e.g. exponentiation) have to be included. Finally we discuss in detail theoretical uncertainties of the QED corrections, and we find them to meet experimental requirements. © 1990.
