Abstract

We have investigated the ability of p-dichlorobenzene (p-DCB) to induce sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) in cultured human lymphocytes. From our results we can conclude that p-DCB was able to induce a cytotoxic effect, measured as a decrease in third and second metaphases, together with an increase of SCEs. © 1991.
