Lipoatrophia semicircularis is a rare idiopathic disorder characterized by a localized atrophy of die hypodermis in areas exposed to microtraumatisms. We present the cases of two females, 32 and 38 years of age, in which the most probable precipitating factor was the use of sport tights.
