Abstract
The η-η′ mixing angle θP is deduced from a rather exhaustive set of data including strong and radiative decays. SU(3)-br eaking effects in terms of the constituent quark mass ratio ms/ m ̂≅1.4-1.5 are taken into account whenever necessary. They are essential in predicting θP=-14°±2°, considerably less negative than the generally accepted present value θP∼-20°. © 1990.
