Abstract
This article forms part of the results of the research entitled Social Dynamics and fundamental rights in the educational institutions of six schools of the metropolitan area, within which the manuals of coexistence of the institutions object of study were confronted with the constitutional jurisprudence, referred to the scopes and limitations that the educational centers have at the moment of exercising their regulatory power.
