Abstract

The dynamical and thermodynamical effects of a bulk viscous pressure and particle production on the early universe are analyzed in the framework of open thermodynamical systems. Analytical solutions are obtained for particle number density, temperature and entropy for most of the models. © 1994 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
