Abstract
A patient with an asymptomatic primary ovarian carcinoma preceded several months before by a solitary intracranial metastasis is reported. The rarity of this phenomenon, the therapeutic experience in this patient, and the possible mechanism of spread are discussed. Also, a review of the literature is made. © 1992.
