Abstract

We describe fractal tessellations of the complex plane that arise naturally from Cannon-Thurston maps associated to complete, hyperbolic, once-punctured-torus bundles. We determine the symmetry groups of these tessellations. © Springer Science + Business Media B.V. 2007.
