New and interesting Iberian Laboulbeniales (Fungi, Ascomycota)

Two new species of Laboulbeniales occurring on beetles from Spain are described: Ceratomyces pyrenaeus parasitic on Hydrobius fuscipes (Coleoptera Hydrophilidae Hydrophilinae), and Rhynchophoromyces helophori parasitic on Helophorus spp.(Coleoptera Hydrophilidae Helophorinae). The following six species are new records for Spain: Autoicomyces crassus, Diplomyces clavifer, Hydrophilomyces coneglianensis, Laboulbenia asperata, Peyritschiella subinaequilatera and Rhachomyces tenenbaumii. Eusynaptomyces enochri is new for Portugal. Laboulbenia asperata is a new European record and its dioecious nature is described.
