Abstract

A method for rotation invariant pattern recognition of polychromatic objects is studied. The recognition of polychromatic objects is obtained by using a multichannel technique. The method is based in the obtention of three correlations for three colour channels (red, green and blue). The rotation invariance is achieved by using circular harmonic filters in each channel. © 1992.
