Abstract
© 2018 Elsevier B.V. In the LFoundry LF15A 150 nm HVCMOS process, detector chips with several matrices were developed and produced on different resistivity substrates for process evaluation. These matrices focus on different aspects offering innovative approaches including grouped readout and waveform sampling. Both grouped readout and waveform sampling were demonstrated to work for reducing readout bandwidth with triggering and cluster readout in first case and offline post-processing in second case.
