Lichen planus and myasthenia grave have been described associated with autoimmune disorders. The association of lichen planus and myasthenia grave with or without thymoma is rare. Two new cases are presented. The first showed myasthenia grave and thymoma for the last 10 years and developed an erosive oral lichen planus for the last 5 years. The second case suffered a severe oral lichen planus and five years after iniciate a myasthenia grave disease. The simultaneous presence of myasthenia grave and lichen planus is fortuitous or suggest a possible immunologic relationship among these disorders.
