Abstract
The introduction of the new offense of stalking in the last draft penal code takes
another step towards the criminalization of all forms of harassment. The article criticizes this criminal political tendency and, waiting for a proposal of a unique offense of harassment, defends the advantages of immobility in response to this phenomenon.
