Abstract
This paper shows an experience of teaching innovation on transversal teamwork competence in the sociology course at the degree on Management and Public Administration, based on three pillars: the characteristics of the evaluative activity in group, the creation of group workspaces inserts in school hours, and the design and implementation of a self-assessment tool of the development and the acquisition of the competence through an individual diary.
