Abstract

In two cases of primary hepatocarcinoma, the diagnosis was established at laparotomy, the disease having manifested itself in an acute abdominal picture by hemoperitoneum. After presenting the case history, the literature is reviewed, emphasizing the diagnostic possibility before a hemoperitoneum with an etiology not clearly established.
