Abstract

This brief article is, as the title indicates, a reflection on the teaching innovation experience that was carried out in the 2022-23 academic year at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with year four undergraduate students. A pilot experience that has allowed us to go beyond the programmed and expected training in the contents and techniques of the discipline, and to multiply the value of many of the skills acquired, throughout the degree and throughout the activities carried out outside the degree. The goal has always been to enhance the employability of graduates by means of a tailor-made approach, training activities, and guidance. We are convinced that this will soon bear fruit.
