Abstract
Two cases of epignathal teratoma in infants are described. The typical site of the lesion (an extraordinary localization) and the fact that histopathologically, they showed the same features as are noted. In both cases a cleft palate was present as well. Treatment is by early excision of the tumor, the cleft palate being repaired in a later phase.
