El rol de la dirección escolar en la pràctica de la ética organizacional

The present contribution analyzes the conditions that the school management finds in the promotion of the organizational ethics of the schools. It includes the results of eighteen exploratory interviews to people outside the school context and school addresses in Catalonia to explore what they think, how they characterize and develop organizational ethics; the analysis of documents to know what is known about the object of study and the review of six good practices in the field of education and business, health and social services to identify ethical institutional management strategies. The results delimit a theoretical and practical concept about the organizational ethics of the kindergarten and primary education centers, characterize the role and profile of school management and provide information on different experiences, practices, tools and organizational strategies of schools for promote organizational ethics.
