address this challenge from environmental education, betting on curriculum greening. The paradigm of complexity emerges from the dialogue between a form of thinking, a framework of values and a model of action that incorporate the principles of contemporary science (structures, relationships, organization, processes ...) Incorporate the principles of complexity to environmental education involves asking how these principles make us reconsider aspects such as the thinking model, the relationship between knowledge disciplines, action planning, relevance of emotions and how to approach didactic research.
