Abstract

The COST Action e-MINDS 'Electrochemical processing methodologies and corrosion protection for device and systems miniaturization' was launched in June 2015. The actions were initiatives funded under the COST program intended to promote networking and collaborations among European academic and industrial partners working on specific areas of technology. This Cost Action aimed to act as the ideal platform to enhance the electrochemical processing techniques as key sequences in micro- and nanofabrication within the EU.
