Abstract
In Spain, university teaching is usually devoted to specific topics belonging to official programsin the degree and do not offer research training. In fact, research is an interesting issue not only in posgraduate studies but also in a professional environment. In this sense, we have organised an optative course on Experimental Phonetics in the UIB, from a Project-Based Learning approach. It really has been a success as an experience to initiation in the research field.
