Abstract
Dani Torrens in his doctoral thesis analyzes the system of catalan universities that has undergone important changes during the last decades, either in terms of number and type of university students, or in terms of the regulations governing their access and supply. The current economic model is largely the cause of these changes and impacts on the educational inequalities of students in the university education system.
