D2.4 - LYNX - Data Management Plan

This deliverable is a second version of the Data Management Plan for Lynx. The document follows the template proposed by the EC (Section 2) and it is complemented with a catalogue of datasets belonging to the regulatory and linguistic domains which have been initially identified (Section 3). A methodology for identifying datasets is first described, which includes a template spreadsheet for the metadatadescription. A CKAN-based Lynx data portal has been also published, acting as a catalogue of compliance-related datasets. A strategy for the harmonisation of data models has also been given along with a description of data models of reference (Section 4) and a strategy for minting URIs (Section 5). Finally, a description of the Legal Knowledge Graph is made (Section 6). This document will be superseded by D2.8 Final report of the data management activities in November 2020.
