Abstract
Among the measures designed to fight against the role that parties are playing in corruption, this investigation focuses on the recent introduction of criminal responsibility of these entities. After systematizing the arguments for and against this controversial decision, it suggests some proposals for application and reform that allow reconciling their criminal political advantages with the risks noted in the debate.
