Abstract

We exploit the experimental energy dependence of the neutron-lead scattering cross section to bound the mass of the Higgs boson, mH. We use the recently determined coupling constant of the Higgs particle to nucleons, g=2.1×10-3, and find mH18 MeV. © 1989 The American Physical Society.
