Abstract
We evaluate two nonlineat contributions to the thermal transport coefficient in the presence of strong electric fields in the framework of extended irreversible thermodynamics. The results are expected to be useful in the hydrodynamic modelling of charge carriers in submicron electronic devices. © 1993.
