Abstract

© 2013, Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. In this study, a Virtual Reality system for stroke rehabilitation was left in the homes of chronic stroke patients to monitor the progress of the patients after constant and extended use of the system. The frequency of use indicated that patients were able to use the system independently. We also found an improvement on the Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity Inventory (CAHAI) scale at the end of the treatment.
