Abstract

Physics in context is a course for students at secondary school (16-18) performed in Catalonia since September 2004, with more than forty schools and about one thousand students involved. This article identifies some of the factors that have influenced on its implementation, analyzing and reflecting on the difficulties and resistances it finds in the incorporation of the curriculum associated to an innovation project of physics in context, as well as the formation they had received teachers who experienced it.
