We consider the system ẋ = a (z- a1x3 - a 2x2 - bx), ẏ = -z, ż = - b1x+y+b 2z, where a and b are parameters and b1 =7/10, b 2 = 6/25, a1 = 44/3, and a2 = 41/2. We analyze the existence of local and global analytic first integrals. © 2008 American Institute of Physics.
