Abstract
This chapter focuses on the relationship that A. Estaço and A. Agustín main- tained during the years of their simultaneous presence in Italy. In the absence of any knowledge of potential letters between these two humanists (which, if they existed — as one might assume — remain unknown), their contact was rather sporadic and for short periods. The preserved correspondence with mutual friends provides interesting information about their periods in Rome and their shared interest in topics such as epigraphy, bibliophilia, or editions of classical authors.
