Abstract
A simple approach to the design of a shielded gradient coil set for a high-resolution NMR probe is described in detail. An Appendix is provided that shows the step-by-step Mathematica routine used to carry out the necessary calculations. The probe provided excellent water suppression and gradient-accelerated acquisition of one- and two-dimensional spectra from perfused bovine retina. © 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
