Abstract

The article deals with the examination of employment policy in Spain during the previous and current legislatures, defined by the spanish employment activation strategies 2014-2016 and 2017-2020, with brief mentions to the spanish employment strategy 2011-2014, approved in the last stage of the socialist government. There are also general considerations as to the importance of taking into account the quality of the employment created and not just the quantity of it.
