    The aim of this research is to propose an instruccional model to teach teachers with attention at these three dimensions:

    1)Learning abilities: repetition, elaboration, organization and regulation.
    2)Process abilities: observation, comparation, classification, regulation, representation, memory, inference, transference and evaluation.
    3)Learning contents: concepts, principles, procedures, attitudes
