Teacher Education through Challenge Based Learning for Inclusive Practices

Project Details

Description

TEACHALL aims to strengthen inclusive teaching practices by developing and implementing intensive professional development programmes for pre-service and in-service teachers as well as teacher educators. Using challenge-based learning, the project supports educators in addressing real inclusion-related challenges in their own contexts, fostering reflective practice, collaboration, and sustainable competence development across institutions and countries.
Implementation: What activities are you going to implement?
TEACHALL analyses models for stakeholder partnerships in initial and in‑service teacher education. In close cooperation with stakeholders, it then designs and delivers two intensive, transnational professional development programmes in which participants collaboratively address authentic challenges related to inclusion, diversity, and digital transformation through challenge‑based learning. Insights from the first implementation cycle inform the refinement of the second.
Results: What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?
TEACHALL generates an analysis of stakeholder partnership models and implements two intensive transnational professional development programmes, where participants use challenge based learning to address authentic educational challenges. The second iteration is refined based on lessons learned. The project also builds a sustainable stakeholder network and develops transferable resources that help institutions organise and strengthen collaboration in teacher education.
