Description
In this project the reactivity of alpha,beta-unsaturated gamma- oxoesters towards 1,3-dipols will be studied. The preparation of their achiral and homochiral ketals, as well as those of p-benzoquinone will be performed. Their reactivity in addition reactions will be studied in order to synthesize natural products with biological interest or intermediates for their synthesis.
