Síntesi de nous derivats de les indoquilamines i estudi de la relació estructura-activitat com a inhibidors de l'enzim monoamina-oxidasa

The aim of this work is the synthesis and biological evaluation of a new series of organic compounds allenic and acetylenic derivatives of indol-alkylamines, designed as monoamine-axidase inhibitors, the enzyme involved in the metabolism of some biogenic amines with neurotransmitter function closely related to depression. The structure-activity relationship obtained will allow us to establish the responsability of these compounds as antidepressives.
