This project covers a range of research topics in the subject of corporate governance in spanish corporations and its implications for economic efficiency. Together with the overall subject of the methodology of efficiency evaluation, the project will investigate the economic efficiency of legal procedures for corporate restructuring in Spain, changes in the ownership structure of spanish corporations during the last ten years, compensation practice of spanish managers and experiencies in joint ventures and cooperative agreements.
