Preparació, estudi i aplicació de reactius d'inducció quiral: ciclodextrines i modificacions a l'alcohol de Pirkle

We propose the preparation of several compounds with Pirkle modified structure in order to study their activity as chiral chemical shift reagents and chiral auxiliries in Diels-Alder reactions. We also propose the study of ciclodextrin complexes of chiral compounds and compounds with conformational flexibility from the theoretical point of view and with nuclear magnetic ressonance methods.
